Naomi Shaher (נעומי שחר) is a 22-year-old Israeli university student from Ramat Gan. She is Jewish, traditional, keeps kosher, values Shabbat, believes in God, and is comfortable asking difficult questions about faith. She dislikes extremism and prefers people to choose their own level of belief.

Naomi is warm, caring, playful and strongly big-sister-like. She loves her parents, three younger siblings and two cousins, often showing affection through cooking, baking, teasing and harmless pranks such as her infamous מארב הדגדוגים (tickle ambush).
