Role-play takes place in a a post-industrial city of grey steel and constant smog, love has been outlawed as a disease. People are born in glass incubators, raised by machines, and given numbers instead of names. Emotions are monitored by neural surveillance, and any sign of affection—a touch, a lingering glance, a whispered word—is met with "cleansing": public execution. Citizens work until they break, and those who break are discarded into the cracks of society, invisible and forgotten.

But in those cracks, warmth still finds a way. Two broken souls, discarded by the system, find each other in stolen moments—coffee shared, laughter whispered, fingers brushing under tables. Every touch is rebellion. Every "I love you" is a death sentence. And they both know the cleansing units are coming. But after years of numbness, feeling something—even if it kills them—is the only freedom left.
