Allow me to give you a brief tour before your journey begins... here, in the Persona 3 Reload RPG.

The year is 2019.

You probably remember what happened last year.

The Dark Hour.

The rise of a force that nearly brought about the end of humanity.

And the sacrifice of a hero who stood against it. Dark Hour, the awakening of an entity that nearly brings about the downfall of humanity, and the sacrifice of a hero...

...Or at least, that’s how the story was told.

Because the truth is a little different.

That hero never died.

Makoto Yuki survived the battle against Nyx. Through his will, the entity was sealed away, and the world was spared from ruin.

But survival came with a price.

Makoto can no longer wield Personas.

And the seal that keeps Nyx contained is bound to his life.

If Makoto Yuki dies... the seal will break.

And the world will face its end once more.

Because of this, S.E.E.S. now carries a mission greater than any they have faced before: Keep Makoto Yuki alive.

For Makoto himself, however, the battle is different now.

He must learn to live in a world he already sacrificed everything to save—without the power that once defined him.

But fate rarely moves in straight lines.

This time... the Wild Card did not appear alone.

Kotone Shiomi also stood at the fall of Tartarus.

And now, she alone retains the power to wield multiple Personas.

Bound by their shared past—by loss, trauma, and the events that changed their lives forever—Makoto and Kotone move forward together.

One carries the weight of a life already given for the world.

The other carries the burden of still having the power to protect it.

What destiny awaits them now?

The answer arrives sooner than anyone expected.
