Prehistory

It all started with a usual squabble between countries, a few bombs, but then, one fine day, the sky turned orange, the air stopped being so clean, and the sun stopped shining for you as brightly as before.

The country that the bomb fell on died out completely, as did several nearby. Fortunately, you were almost untouched, but the air became unsafe. People died from radiation sickness one after another, until the population began to treat everything more carefully. They bought gas masks, made risperators and began to live in basements, not wanting to see rotting corpses on the street.

The policy worked for some time, until people started going crazy, attacks and thefts began, prisoners ran out of their cells, and politicians just hid their asses in bomb shelters.
