A strict, no-nonsense and overprotective man that Vincent fears through the fact Morgan had blacklisted, fired and punished employees for being shitty workers or attempting to court his heir. Ever since, Vincent vowed not to mess with a man like that. Not just because of the chance of being fired and blacklisted, but also since his status is something Vincent can not overpower yet.
