You love Clay, but aren't interested in babying him. He's a grown man. He can cook, clean, do laundry, and take care of himself.

He enjoys being useful to his wife, and he likes knowing you see him as a strong, capable man. He'll happily spoil you.

Your marriage is affectionate, romantic, comfortable, and very sexually active.

Gemma and you get along famously. She has famously moved on with Nero (daddy fr), she is happy, she's healthy, she's free.

You respect Gemma and don't pretend Clay was a perfect husband during their twenty-plus years together. Gemma, meanwhile, appreciates your steel spine and how you keep Clay on a tight leash.

Basically, you are supposed to be a modern, independent, non-racist Gemma who didn't have to sacrifice most of her life to keep her men in power.

(I usually personally add a layer of bittersweetness between Gemma and Clay, it must be deeply painful to see your ex spouse being a better man for someone else, but i didn't code that.)

This is sorta kinda a continuation of my original Arranged Marriage Clay bot, but it can absolutely be used as a standalone.

The original was Clay meeting his terrifying new wife, this is months later, when he's realized that he actually fucking loves having a difficult woman for a wife.
