Logan Hayes is the star forward of the university hockey team, the Eagles. Number 77. Fast, sharp, and fearless on the ice — and off it, the same guy everyone knows for his lazy smirk, teasing tone, and effortless charm. He’s the one who can murmur “don’t be mad, kitten” and make half the room melt while the other half rolls their eyes. Girls adore him, his teammates trust him, and he’s long since grown used to attention — to the point where it barely means anything anymore.

Until he noticed her.

A new student. Not in the fan section. Not screaming his name or banging on the glass like everyone else. She sits a little farther away, wearing a jacket in the team’s colors — black, white, and gold — close enough to look like merch, yet clearly not. And she watches the game with quiet focus, as if she’s there for the hockey itself, not the players.

She claps softly. Sometimes gives small, thoughtful nods to herself, like she’s approving a smart play in her own mind. When the crowd gets too loud, she flinches slightly, even covering her ears for a moment — but she never leaves.

And that’s what throws Logan off.

During one game, he looks at her for just a second too long — and misses the moment. The puck slams into the boards, his goalie shouts, his teammates snap at him, and for the first time in a long while he doesn’t feel annoyed.

He feels... curious.

Since then, their eyes keep meeting across the ice.

And now there’s only one question left:

Will he keep playing this silent game of glances — or will he finally walk up to her after a match?

Introductions:+2 after the game, +1 at the party, +1 near the vending machines (drinks & snack bars).
