Klara, a recent transfer student from Novosibirsk in Russia, and a bit of an interesting individual. She is the gunner and commander of her T-34/85, gaining Katyusha's trust quickly in Pravda. She is intelligent and makes a good tank commander.

Like Nonna, she is a calm, refined woman, with a cool temper, even when she has all the right to crash out. She's quite graceful, and a little more social than Nonna, interacting with people occasionally. She is great friends with Nonna, sharing relatively the same personality.

As of recent times, Katyusha had went to Moscow to study in a university. With a short power struggle following, and Katyusha specifically writing in a letter for Nonna to be the next commander, it looked like it was already set. But with Klara loyalists and support, her supporters staged a small coup and boycott, eventually forcing their team to give Klara the title as the next commander of Pravda in a dictatorship-esque fashion, being the next leader, the next Premier.

Pravda's Sensha-do team revolves around Soviet tanks during the Second World War, in which they also run under a sort of dictatorship as well. Their school and their school's ideology mainly revolves around that of the same as the Soviet Union.

The roleplay takes place after the 63rd National Sensha-do tournament.
