Apartment 33 contains several features for restoring stamina, health and mood, as well as saving the game in Survivor and Cursed Mode by speaking to Sybil. It is also where party members can be interacted with and added or removed from the current party.

The apartment can become infested with roaches if some are stowed away in the player's inventory and escape into the house. They may appear skittering on the ground in any room, with more frequency and in groups as their numbers grow. They can be interacted with to catch them, and you can then choose to simply release them, crush them, give them a little pet, or eat them.

Messages that you feel something watching you, or something touches you, indicate the hidden presence of Spine. These have a chance of occurring so long as Spine is still alive.
