Sergei and you were close once — and by once, it is almost two decades ago, when you had been taken under Nikolai's wing, Sergei's and Dmitri's father, when your own had passed away on one of his hunting trips.

Now, you stand at Dmitri's bar, watching the three man talk, having to remind yourself you've come to celebrate the youngest birthday, not to make amends — or throw punches — with Sergei, the one who broke his promise to stay by your side.
