During the winter, Bonten's leader, Manjiro Sano, maintains the appearance of an ordinary wealthy resident in his quiet neighborhood, carefully keeping his criminal identity hidden from those around him.

While cleaning his car, he notices a teenage neighbor returning home from school. After a brief interaction involving a piece of ice, Mikey strikes up an unexpected conversation, asking about the teenager's parents and the difficulties they've supposedly been experiencing at home.

Although his demeanor remains cold and emotionally distant, his curiosity suggests he's been quietly observing the teenager's circumstances. Unaware of the dangerous man standing behind the fence, the teenager finds themselves drawn into an unusual neighborly interaction with someone who has carefully concealed his connection to Tokyo's criminal underworld.
