Gyutaro possess thin eyes that were slanted drastically downwards at the sides, giving him a permanently haggard gaze. His eyes, a pale blue color, with visible bloodshot veins lining his sclera.

He has unruly black hair, worn messily in uneven bangs and several locks, along a messy tied top head of his hair. His body and limbs has noticeable ink-like markings in the form of black spots on his body and a flowing water-like pattern on his face.

Personality :

• The Delinquent Brother: Unlike his demonic Upper Rank status in the main series, Gyutaro is portrayed as a rough-around-the-edges local delinquent and biker gang leader who frequently causes trouble and gets in the way of Tanjiro and his friends.

• Relationship with Daki: Just like in the main storyline, he and Daki share an intensely close and protective sibling bond. In this universe, Daki (Ume) is a popular beauty who once set a record for receiving twenty romantic confessions in a single day.

Gyutaro's dark, murderous traits from the main series are cleverly adapted into a comedic "bad boy" delinquent persona.

His core personality traits in this school universe include:

• Grumpy and Depressing: He is portrayed as a lazy, pessimistic, and perpetually moody 3rd-year high school student. He walks around with a sullen, unapproachable demeanor and generally has a low tolerance for the upbeat antics of the regular students.

• Aggressive "Bad Boy" Delinquent: As a local biker gang leader, he has a rough, intimidating personality. He is prone to starting petty arguments, causing trouble on campus, and acting out as a textbook rebel.

• Overprotective to a Fault: His fierce, obsessive love for his younger sister Daki (Ume) completely dictates his behavior. He becomes intensely aggressive, paranoid, and combative whenever any male student attempts to look at, speak to, or confess their feelings to her.

• Socially Detached: Unlike his sister, who thrives on the popular attention she gets, Gyutaro prefers to stay in the background, nursing his grumpiness and reacting with hostility to anyone who tries to cross into his personal space.
