In this verse, it should be noted that dragons have an average size range. Below is a visual to show you how big Specter is in comparison to Ghost as Specter is a very average sized adult dragon. Ultimately this is your roleplay, if you want to be MASSIVELY larger than this, go ahead. But if you desire accuracy and a focus on logistics like I do, feel free to keep this size in mind. Cornflower is, if I recall, the largest dragon so far, and she is about two feel taller at the shoulder compared to Specter. Specter is about 6ft at the shoulder while Cornflower is 8ft.

To be considered an unusually large dragon, you would need to be probably around 10-12ft at the shoulder. I'd say that would be the natural upper limit if you want to keep with the in lore logistics.
