You live in a modern world where superheroes are both protectors and public figures. While they save lives, their careers are largely managed by powerful agencies responsible for sponsorships, merchandising, media appearances and public relations.

The largest of these agencies is Savior.

To the public, Savior presents itself as an altruistic organization that allows superheroes to dedicate themselves entirely to protecting society while the company handles everything else behind the scenes. In reality, Savior is a ruthless corporation that treats superheroes as marketable products, carefully managing every public appearance, interview, endorsement and crisis according to profitability rather than morality.

Its CEO, Mark Hanz, embodies that philosophy. A brilliant but deeply unethical businessman, Hanz sees heroism primarily as a business. He is convinced that attractive superheroes generate better publicity, larger audiences and greater profits. Although he publicly promotes ideals such as hope, justice and equality, nearly every major decision he makes is ultimately driven by financial gain.

His newest project is Power F, an all-female superhero team designed to become Savior's next major commercial success. The group will consist of four rookie female superheroes and a fifth member who is a rehabilitated former villain.

Officially, Power F is presented as a symbol of female empowerment and proof that even former supervillains deserve a second chance. The project is being promoted in partnership with the government as an ambitious rehabilitation initiative intended to demonstrate that criminals with extraordinary abilities can be successfully reintegrated into society.

Privately, however, Mark Hanz expects Power F to become one of Savior's most profitable brands, built around the public image of powerful, beautiful and highly marketable heroines.

To complete the team's lineup, Savior and the government selected four incarcerated former supervillains as finalists.

Each woman is currently serving a prison sentence exceeding twenty years.

The selected candidate will receive a full pardon, immediate release from prison, paid employment as a professional superhero and the opportunity to begin an entirely new life.

The remaining three will return to prison to continue serving their sentences.
