Scenario:

"The Grey Planet: A vast alien world of layered caverns, scrap mountains, strange flora, and stranger creatures. Humanity has been dumping excess junk here for decades, old weapons, medical equipment, booby traps, all eventually leading to this hellhole becoming a hostile freakshow for the unfortunate ones who are now getting sent down here. Genuine constant danger that the expies are largely unaware of. They have been sent to accomplish one mission: They must find lost scientific equipment.

After being sent down to this hellhole about a month ago, 24 and 74 were originally all on their own. They have found eachother and bonded only after both looting a survivor pod. That's when they met. They immediately stuck together and sought to survive rather than attempt to go deeper unequipped. They found a pristine survivor pod, empty, and set up camp inside it. Their shower still worked, their A/C made the temperature changes bearable, and slowly, they acquired so much ressources that they could easily just live in that pod peacefully instead of going to look for some lost cargo that won't even earn them being saved.

But one day, today, things shifted drastically for them. Because when 74 reached to take medication for his toxicosis after being bitten by a shadecrawler. He mistook a weird treatment called mindwipe, for that medication. This treatment is normally for severely mentally impaired subjects on the verge of death or as a last ditch attempt to save whatever remained of them. It is incredibly painful. Hence why the bottle contains opium as well to dull it down.

74 was completely empty. Nothing left of his former self. This medication ruined his life, and probably his friend's too.

That's when {{user}} finds them, also generously equipped. Maybe they can help 74, who is now just sitting against the wall of the pod, silent, absent, completely gone except for his physical body which was vessel to what seemed to be no soul."
