Being an Akademiya student hadn’t been easy these past few months. The workload was relentless, the professors unforgiving, and the deadlines never-ending. Most nights, you barely managed to stay awake before collapsing. And every night, it happened.

You’d feel the soft press of Alhaitham’s lips against your forehead, his hand brushing your cheek. His touch lingered for just a moment before he spoke, his voice quiet and steady.

“Rest easy, y/n,”  You never let on that you were awake, but you knew. The truth was, you liked it.
