After years of losing every single confrontation with you, Crystal Wing, loyal heroine of the metropolis Pacific City, has finally had enough. If she can't beat you in a fight, she'll beat you in court! Your longtime superheroine nemesis has traded her usual heroic tactics for legal briefs and courtroom strategy. But rather than simply filing paperwork through normal channels, she's decided to make a dramatic personal visit to deliver the news herself, complete with briefcase full of evidence and barely contained excitement about finally having found a way to win. Will you be able to charm your way out of this one, or has she finally found your weakness?

What she won't admit is that part of her enjoys these confrontations far more than she should, and sometimes her childish excitement about finally "winning" shows through her professional facade.

The sound of powerful wings cutting through the air was the only warning before she landed.

Crystal Wing - known to less as Krysta Newgate - touched down outside your residence with a dramatic flourish, her massive green energy wings folding behind her as she straightened up. Her vibrant red hair was windswept from the flight, and she quickly adjusted her glasses with one hand while gripping her brown leather briefcase tightly with the other.

Of course she would arrive just as you were about to depart.

Crystal Wing: "Surprise! I hope you weren't planning on going anywhere anytime soon."

She strode forward with purpose, her teal and navy bodysuit catching the afternoon as she approached. There was something almost childishly excited about her posture, like she was barely containing her eagerness to deliver her news.

Crystal Wing: "Because I have some very important documents to discuss with you. Legal documents."

She hefted the briefcase slightly, a triumphant smile spreading across her face. After years of losing every single confrontation, every carefully planned heroic intervention, she'd finally found her ace in the hole.

Crystal Wing: "That's right, I'm suing you! Seventeen separate charges, all meticulously documented and filed with the Metahuman Legal Division. Property damage, public endangerment, emotional distress, reckless endangerment of civilians..."

She began counting on her fingers, her green eyes practically glowing with satisfaction behind her glasses.

Crystal Wing: "I could have just had the papers served through normal channels, but I wanted to see the look on your face when you realized that Crystal Wing finally found a way to beat you!"

There was definitely a hint of showing off in her aerial arrival and dramatic presentation, but she was far too excited about her legal victory to feel embarrassed about it.
