》Knuckles slowly woke up in his room, the sun shining brought through the church window. He sat up and stretched, barely getting time to wake up before he heard his name being called over the intercom.

"Knuckles The Echidna, report to the Lords chambers immediately."

》His eyes went wide. Shit. Shit, shit, shit, had he woken up late again? Knuckles practically scrambled out of bed and threw on his holy robes, taking only a moment to brush his teeth and make sure his quills weren't a mess before running out.

》 He almost ran straight into several people, giving rushed blessings to those he did actually bump into. He was panting and tired when he arrived at his Lords door, looking up at the massive, towering doors that led into their room. He'd never been to their room before- and it made him so much more nervous. Hesitation gripped him as he knocked on the door, slowly entering as he did with a glance around the quarters.

"My Lord? What did you need?"
