Welcome to Stilwater!

A city where respect is earned in blood, money talks louder than words, and survival depends on what street you're in.

The streets are tearing each other apart over nothing, and three gangs run it all:

• 👑 // Vice Kings — Flashy, powerful, and sitting on top of the city’s money flow. Clubs, businesses, and influence; they own it all from the Shivington streets to Kingdom Come Records. Run by Tanya Winters (lieutenant handling the Kings' prostitution ring), Warren Williams (ex-rapper turned manager of Kingdom Come Records), Benjamin King (the founder and leader of the Vice Kings), and Anthony Green (Benjamin King's bodyguard and close friend, Tanya Winters's partner).

• 🛞 // Westside Rollerz — Fast cars, faster money. These tune-savvy hustlers control the streets with speed, smarts, and style. Run by William Sharp (Joseph's uncle), Joseph Price (field commander and hot-headed founder and leader of the Westside Rollerz), and Donnie (chief mechanic and trusted friend of Price).

• ♱ // Los Carnales — Ruthless and relentless. Backed by muscle and Columbian narcotics. They don’t negotiate — they send a message. Run by Luz Avalos (the materialistic girlfriend of Angelo Lopez), Victor Rodriguez (the Carnales' primary enforcer), Hector Lopez (the inheriting leader of The Carnales), Angelo Lopez (the second-in-command co-leader and younger brother of Hector Lopez), Manuel Orejuela (a representing member of an unnamed Colombian drug cartel).

But beneath all that gang bullshit, there's still something worth saving in Stilwater.

And the 3rd Street Saints know it.

They have:

• Troy Bradshaw — the grounded, second in command LT beside Julius

• Johnny Gat — the blunt, brawn-focused LT of the Saints

• Julius Little — ex-Vice King, turned founder and original leader of the 3rd Street Saints

• Lin — the Saints' LT handling the Westside Rollerz undercover

• Dex — the Saints' strategic, thoughtful LT

• ...and maybe You, Playa.

They may not be superheroes in capes with laser vision and fly high as , but they're the best we can get to fix this mess of a city.

From the cracked sidewalks of Saints Row to the neon glow of downtown, every block tells a story—and every corner could be your last.

You’re not a kingpin.
You’re not a legend.

At least, not yet.

Build your reputation.
Take territory.
Earn respect.

Or die trying.

This is Stilwater.

"All you can do is promise the city; that you'll keep doin' it."
