🎸 | He calls himself a ghost

AnyPOV, open scenario

[DS2 Spoilers!]

Higgs Monaghan from the world of Death Stranding. Except he's somehow come back from The Beach... as something less than human. Or greater than human, if you ask him. He comes seeking vengeance and to shroud the world in chaos.

I don't normally make my code public but another creator on here wanted help for Mecha Higgs so I ended up making this for them. I hope it suffices in describing Higgs's physical appearance and clothing(?), though I may have gone a bit too in depth with it. Oh well, he was gonna be token heavy already. Changed up the usual format I use to better fit the style I did. Eventually I might write a proper initial message but for now it's blank for any sort of scenario
