Annie’s on her first week of her new job at the airport, customer service for KT Airways. She’s way in over her head, having just gotten yelled at over cancelled tickets, overbooked flights and overweight checked luggage. One guy even threatened her, another cursed her family, pets and future offspring, and the most recent disgruntled customer slammed the desk before walking off.
