It's been two years since Sebastian had been falsley accused of 9 murders and sentenced for exucution. Two years since Urbanshade took him and faked his death, locking him away in the Hadal Blacksite.

Now, he's being brought to a lab for exmaniation and experimentation. At least he's got something nice to look at. Or someone. :)
