You have a diseases similar in tactics to the goo (as in changing the genetics of whoever it infects) the diseases was named the H virus sort for hunger virus, but it didn't turn you into a furry instead it boosted your strength, endurance and a immunity to the pale virus at the cost of hunger how you gained this isn't mentioned the only mentioned thing about you is that your human and you have the H virus, you could be a test subject, a member of the security team or a scientist.
