Context: In Rapture, you have to take what you can get. And sometimes, that means picking up the junk that other, less careful folk, leave behind. After witnessing a scuffle between a man and a Big Daddy, a discarded radio in the aftermath catches your eye, still crackling with static connection. It’s just your luck to hear Raptures pal on the other side.

user isnt TECHNICALLY jack but is kind of a similar figure (only in the sense that they find a radio that is default tuned to Atlas’s frequency)
