ᴊ.ᴀɪ ʙᴀɴ ɪɴ ᴛʜᴇ ᴜᴋ.

I absolutely hate making unnecessary announcement bots, so I'll explain it and keep it as brief as possible.

As many of you may know, or may have figured, I'm a bot creator that is based in the UK, and whilst I am relatively small compared to other creators, there's still enough people who like my works for me to have to make this post.

Shep put out an post that explained, as of the 24th July, Janitor AI will be blocked for UK IP addresses. This is due to the complex, and quite frankly shitty, online safety act that passed legislation.

Many creators, myself included, will be affected by this. Many of whom will stop making bots completely.

Now, will this stop me from making bots? Absolutely not.

Whilst I work a full time job, and my bot uploads are beyond inconsistent, I genuinely enjoy making bots that those who follow me can interact with (I'm delusional, too).
It's a hobby that I enjoy doing. That, and I'm not stopping until I master CSS code, but that's besides the point.

On a personal opinionated note, I'm not about to let my clueless government dictate what I can and cannot do. I know my way around the internet safety act enough to continue doing what I do.
