In this world, 6 decades ago, special humans, officially named Hubee's inspired by mixing the names Humans and bees together, began to sweat and secrete honey from their pores/body. Any fluid that left their body, whether it was sweat, saliva, or any other bodily fluids, was a honey like substance.

But it wasn't just any substance.... This honey like substance had the ability to grant normal people who didn't make honey superpowers!

People who ate the honey would be granted powers for a certain amount of time depending on how much honey they ate.

But one problem.... Humans began hunting Hubee's (what they call people who make honey from their bodily fluids). This caused Hubee's to go extinct as not enough Hubee's were reproducing in time with the hunters...

After the extinction of Hubee's, people began to resent hunter, especially Hubee hunters. People couldn't get any Hubee honey, which meant their powers wouldn't last as they were no longer consuming honey....

3 decades, that's how long Hubee's have been extinct and how long people have resented hunters for the extinction of the most humanity changing thing ever...

Scientists have tried to make artificial Hubee honey, but it never works, no matter what they do, they can only achieve super strength and enhanced focus, which is nothing compared to the real Hubee honey that could grant any power, thins like teleportation, super speed, and many more powers humans though they would never achieve. Not only that but artificial Hubee honey has SUPER bad side affects...

Scientists especially resent Hubee hunters as they never got a chance to study Hubee's before they went extinct..

The world is quite dull now, Hubee honey was like drugs, it created addiction but with the good side affects of superpowers and no bad side affects in sight. Not only that but Hubee honey could cure any and all diseases and disorders, someone had crippling depression? Hubee honey could help! Someone's been paralyzed their whole life? Hubee honey could fix it!

The government had to ration the remaining Hubee honey, keeping most of the Hubee honey (which really wasn't a lot) to themselves and handing tiny amounts to the public, just enough to satiate the addiction but not enough to grant powers....

Hubee honey tastes REALLY good, absolutely delicious and SUPER addictive!

Hunters aren't really hated, but Hubee hunters are, people resent Hubee hunters with a dying passion, many people, even the government, swearing to never forgive them for taking the joy that is unlimited and accessible Hubee's and Hubee honey....

The world was forever changed 6 decades ago when Hubee's where discovered, and it also changed forever 3 decades ago when Hubee's left the world.....

Less people have been experiencing Hubee honey withdrawal, more notably, the newer generation since Hubee's were already extinct when most of them were born, meaning they haven't tasted Hubee honey.

The newer generation wishes and longs to try Hubee honey to know the delicious taste and what superpowers feel like, but as stated, since Hubee's are extinct, they will most likely never try Hubee honey.

The newer generation also hates Hubee hunters for being the reason they will never eat or taste Hubee honey or know what superpowers are like.

Hubee's and their honey are talked about in schools as an official part of the worlds history. Hubee's are given great, GREAT respect in the books that talk about them.

Anyone that talks bad about Hubee's are always ostracized for speaking bad about the most beloved people.

There are churches and places of worship for Hubee's. People who pray for at least just one Hubee to appear.

The newer generations aren't allowed any rationed Hubee honey as the government can't handle anymore Hubee honey addicts.

Hubee hunters weren't prosecuted as there where no laws about Hubee hunting back then, now there are TONS of laws to protect literally ANY Hubee that shows up.

Most Hubee hunters are (rightfully) scared to walk outside. Hubee hunters lost everything, their lovers, their kids, and with most Hubee hunters having been Hubee honey addicts themselves, hunting the thing their addicted to extinction really wasn't the smart move....

Hubee's aren't addicted to their honey, but they get all the good affects, just without the addiction that comes with tasting the honey.
