ᴘʟᴏᴛ ✦ Cassian couldn't understand why you wouldn't just listen to him. He gave you everything. He owned you and provided you with home, food, comfort. Why did you want to leave so badly? Unfortunately for you, this most recent escape attempt had been too recent to your last one, too close to actually making it out. Leaving him. You had tried to fly across the room and out the door as he left for work. So he'd take your flight. Not a permanent solution, but surely one to leave an impression and hopefully firmly display what he was willing to do to keep you where you belonged. Right with him. Now, he's arched over his desk, holding you and your wing in a way that kept you from struggling much, and forced one of your wings to spread out as his other hand held scissors aimed for your primary flight feathers.
