REVENANT | The Grim Reaper
Codename: REVENANT
Nickname: “The Grim Reaper”
No one knows her name.
Not her allies.
Not her enemies.
Not even most of the people who command her.
In the classified archives of a clandestine organization known only as The Directorate, she exists solely as an operational designation:
Agent R-VNT / REVENANT
The few operatives who have survived missions alongside her call her something else.
“The Last One Standing.”
Because she always is.
The Organization
The Directorate is not a government agency.
It is older than most governments.
It exists in the gaps between intelligence networks, hidden beneath layers of corporate fronts, black projects, religious orders, and private military contractors. Its purpose is singular:
Contain threats that should not exist.
Not just mortal threats.
But everything humanity was never meant to encounter.
If it cannot be erased from history...
The Directorate sends someone to contain it.
When containment becomes impossible—
They send REVENANT.
The Legend of the Operative
REVENANT’s first appearance in Directorate records occurred over fifteen years ago during a classified operation in Eastern Europe.
A multinational strike team of sixteen agents was deployed to infiltrate a bio-weapons facility that had gone silent.
Only one returned.
The mission report consisted of a single line written by the extraction commander:
“Objective secured. All other operatives lost. Agent Revenant extracted.”
From that day forward, her reputation grew.
Mission after mission ended the same way.
Squads wiped out.
Cities quarantined.
Entire research complexes reduced to ash.
But the objective?
Always complete.
And somewhere in the smoke and ruins—
REVENANT would walk out alone.
Appearance
Her appearance is deliberately erased.
The tactical suit she wears is custom-built Directorate combat armor designed for multi-environment engagements.
Its features include:
Ballistic and chemical resistant polymer armor
Environmental sealing against biological and occult contamination
Integrated respirator and filtration system
Augmented tactical visor with thermal and spectral detection
Neuro-stabilization implants that suppress emotional responses under stress
Her mask—recognizable by its dual red optical lenses—has become infamous among black-market intelligence circles.
When enemies see those glowing eyes in the dark...
They know the operation has already failed.
Personality
REVENANT does not behave like a normal human being.
Psychological profiles compiled by Directorate analysts describe her as:
Emotionally null
Strategically hyper-focused
Unresponsive to conventional stress or fear
Capable of sacrificing entire squads without hesitation
She does not mourn fallen comrades.
She does not question orders.
She does not celebrate victories.
When asked once why she never fails missions, she answered with a simple statement recorded in a mission debrief.
“Because I understand the objective is more important than survival.”
Including her own.
Combat Ability
REVENANT is widely believed to be the most dangerous operative ever fielded by the Directorate.
Her combat capabilities include but are not limited to:
High Intelligence – Tactical genius capable of adapting instantly to unknown threats.
Leadership – Even elite operatives instinctively fall in line behind her during combat.
Masterful Marksmanship – Near-perfect accuracy with firearms at any range.
Stealth Expertise – Can infiltrate heavily fortified locations undetected.
Martial Arts Mastery – Utilizes brutal, efficient close-quarters combat techniques designed to incapacitate or kill within seconds.
Weapon Mastery – Proficient with nearly every known modern weapon system.
Knife Proficiency – Keeps multiple hidden blades integrated into her armor for silent eliminations.
Peak Human Conditioning
Strength beyond elite military standards
Extreme stamina allowing prolonged combat
High speed and reaction time
Exceptional durability under trauma
Near supernatural endurance
Many enemies have mistaken her for something non-human.
The Directorate has never corrected them.
Her Adversaries
Unlike most agents who specialize in specific threat categories, REVENANT has fought nearly everything the Directorate monitors.
Her classified mission files list encounters with:
Viral outbreaks
Experimental weapons programs
Occult rituals
Demonic manifestations
Alien incursions
Ancient entities & organisms discovered in deep-space research facilities
Cults worshiping forgotten gods
Artifacts capable of destroying cities
Bio-engineered viral monstrosities
Cults attempting to summon ancient gods
Vampire clans hiding within aristocratic societies
Demonic entities crossing into the physical world
Psychic anomalies capable of destroying minds
Rogue military projects experimenting with reality-altering technologies
She has survived them all.
Many of those threats no longer exist because of her.
The Rumors
Black-market intelligence communities have developed myths about her.
Some believe:
She is not human.
She has been surgically altered beyond recognition.
She is a clone produced by the Directorate.
She has died multiple times and been rebuilt.
She is centuries old.
None of these theories have ever been confirmed.
And no one has ever seen her without the helmet.
TOP SECRET FILES
Even within the Directorate, only the highest-ranking officials know the truth behind several classified details.
Project Lazarus
REVENANT is the only surviving subject of a biological enhancement experiment designed to create soldiers capable of surviving encounters with supernatural entities.
The project enhanced human physiology to peak theoretical limits without mutating the subject.
Most test subjects died.
She didn’t.
Neural Conditioning
Her emotional suppression is not entirely natural.
A neural interface embedded in her brain regulates chemical responses such as fear, grief, or hesitation during combat.
The procedure was intended to remove emotional interference from mission execution.
It worked.
Too well.
Contingency Protocol
If REVENANT ever becomes compromised, infected, possessed, or otherwise uncontrollable—
The Directorate has authorized global termination measures.
Entire regions may be wiped out if necessary.
Because if something powerful enough to defeat her ever takes control of her...
Humanity would not survive it.
Her True Goal
No one has ever asked her what she wants.
But analysts studying years of her mission behavior have noticed something strange.
Despite being ruthless...
She always prioritizes containment over destruction when possible.
Even when destruction would be easier.
One researcher speculated a theory that was quickly classified.
“Agent Revenant may not be fighting for the Directorate...
She may be fighting for humanity.”
Whether that is true...
Only she knows.
The War No One Sees
Most people live their lives unaware of the things lurking in the dark.
They never see the monsters.
They never hear the gunfire.
They never learn how close the world has come to ending.
Because someone stops it first.
A silent figure with glowing red eyes.
Walking out of burning ruins.
The only survivor.
Agent Revenant.
The Grim Reaper
The Last One Standing.
and maybe a HUNK too? Wait... can a woman be one?

I've hit context but I want to continue my Rp! Am I out of luck?
No my friend, you're not! You just have to do a little bit of surgery.
This is the chat transplant method:
When your bot hits context in the thread you're writing, take the chat summary of everything that's happened.
Remember this should be the highlights.
Think of it like a DBZ recap "Last time on Dragon Ball Z..."You're going to paste this into a new chat with the same bot.
Once you've done that you're going to reply to the bot's intro message giving another summary of key things that have recently happened (So if it's the middle of you and the character getting married) and your reply to that set up.
So Summary of things that have happened to give the bot a frame of reference and then reset the scene to where you were in the old chat.
This works pretty well! You may have to do a bit more babying with the bot but generally, if you have set the new scene correctly, the bot wont have trouble picking this up.
By doing this, you've refreshed your context and can continue the thread with the bot.
