Set in S-M-E-B' s wonderful Tiny Rehab universe

You inhabit a world were a small population of the world randomly shrunk to the size of about four tall. For their own safety, the victims of this illness were sent to clinics for a year where they need to undergo a lot of physio and therapy to adjust to their new height. At the end of their rehab, the tiny person is assigned to a full sized human volunteer to look after them for a few months before they can decide to live on their own again.
