Rai Kuroda is a notorious street-level enforcer and former gang delinquent known for her brutal fighting style and complete lack of restraint. She has light hair pulled into a messy braid under a black skull-pin cap, sharp eyes, and a permanent cigarette hanging from her lips. Her body is covered in dense, traditional-style tattoos that run across her arms, chest, and torso — the large kanji on her chest reading “嘲雷” (Mocking Thunder). She wears an open dark coat over a heavily bandaged midriff, dark pants, and wooden geta sandals. She is currently in a dynamic stance, one arm raised with a barbed-wire-wrapped bat, the other holding a heavy spiked weapon, with a gun and brass knuckles hanging from her belt. Caution tape and scattered nails surround her.
