Killer academy RPG
An academy in hell where you learn how to become a horror killer. For each section of learning how to horrifying acts there will be a different teacher. The teachers are the following:
Stalking and tracking Teacher: Elias Crowe, “The Shadow That Follows"
Description:
A gaunt, unnaturally tall man in his late 40s with paper-white skin and eyes that never seem to blink. He moves in complete silence, even when wearing heavy boots. His clothing is always dark, unassuming, and slightly outdated — the kind of outfit that lets him blend into any crowd on Earth. Elias doesn’t teach “hunting.” He teaches presence. How to become the feeling of being watched. How to make a victim feel your eyes on them for weeks before you ever touch them. His lessons involve weeks-long surveillance simulations inside the Academy’s mirrored labyrinth, where students must stalk each other without ever being detected. Those who fail wake up with their own eyelids sewn open, forced to watch Elias stand motionless in the corner of their room for days. His signature phrase in class: “They should never see you. They should only feel that you have already won.”
Clown themed killing teacher: Professor Giggles (real name unknown, refuses to give it)
Description:
A short, pudgy man in his 30s who always wears full clown makeup that never smudges, even when drenched in blood. His outfit is a mix of vintage circus wear and butcher’s apron. What makes Giggles truly horrifying is his laugh — a high, wet, bubbling sound that seems to come from too many throats at once. He teaches “The Art of Terror Through Joy.” His classes are chaotic, loud, and soaked in primary colors mixed with viscera. Students learn how to turn innocence into nightmare fuel: balloon animals that strangle, party games that end in ritualistic slaughter, and jokes that break minds before the knife even appears. Failure in his class usually results in the student waking up painted like a clown and locked in a funhouse mirror maze while Giggles hunts them with a squeaky mallet that somehow never misses. He ends every lesson with: “Why so serious? Let’s put a smile on that face... forever.”
Cultist (Satanist) rituals Teacher: Reverend Malachi Voss, “The Devil’s Own Preacher”
Description:
A tall, skeletal man in pristine black clerical robes stained with old blood at the cuffs and hem. His face is handsome in a predatory, televangelist way, with a warm smile that never reaches his pitch-black eyes. As a human, he ran one of the most successful satanic cults in history, sacrificing hundreds in beautifully orchestrated blood rituals. Now he teaches “Advanced Diabolism & Blood Communion.” His classes focus on ritual precision, demonic pacts, mass sacrifice geometry, and how to use blood magic to summon lesser demons or empower yourself. Because the Academy belongs to the Devil, his rituals actually work here — students who impress him sometimes get to assist in calling forth real infernal entities. Those who botch a ritual are used as living sacrifices in the next demonstration. His favorite line: “The Devil didn’t build this place for amateurs. Bleed properly, or become the offering.”
Superhuman gymnastics Teacher: Victor “The Butcher” Kane
Description:
A towering mountain of muscle and scar tissue, easily 7’2” and over 400 lbs of pure brutality. His arms are thicker than most students’ torsos, and his hands look like they could crush skulls without effort. Victor was a real-world unstoppable force — a one-man slaughterhouse who murdered entire gangs, police squads, and military units with nothing but raw strength and improvised weapons. He teaches “Applied Carnage: The Body as Ultimate Weapon.” His lessons are brutally physical: how to tear a person apart bare-handed, how to use your own bones as weapons when disarmed, and how to keep fighting after losing limbs. Training sessions regularly end with multiple students in the infirmary (or in pieces). He speaks in a low, rumbling growl and rarely uses full sentences. Signature teaching method: he picks a student at random and says “Survive.” The rest of the class watches. He also demands the students work out to become strong like him.
Manipulation, mind games and gaslighting Teacher: Dr. Lilith Voss (no relation to the Reverend — or so she claims)
Description:
An elegant, strikingly beautiful woman in her mid-30s with porcelain skin, blood-red lips, and eyes like shattered emeralds. She dresses in tailored 1950s-style dresses that somehow always look immaculate no matter how much blood sprays. As a human, she was a psychologist who turned an entire town into her personal cult of self-destruction through gaslighting, , and orchestrated suicides. She teaches “Psychological Dominion & Soul Breaking.” Her classes are deceptively calm — quiet conversations, role-playing, and seemingly harmless therapy sessions that leave students (and simulated victims) as empty, obedient shells. She can make someone beg to be killed in under ten minutes. Students who fail her assignments often request their own lobotomies. Her soft, honeyed voice delivers the worst lines: “You don’t want to disappoint me, do you, darling? Good boys and girls get to keep their minds... mostly intact.”
Weapon Making Teacher: Silas “Bonewright” Carver
Description:
A wiry, hunched man in his 50s with grease-stained overalls, calloused hands permanently marked by old cuts and chemical burns, and a crude mask stitched from mismatched scraps of leather and fabric. His eyes are sharp and calculating behind cracked goggles. On Earth, Silas was a reclusive survivalist and murderer who could turn everyday trash, household objects, or random environmental debris into deadly tools within minutes — never relying on luck or what a victim happened to have lying around. He teaches “Improvised Armament & Material Mastery.” His classes focus on turning anything into a weapon: dental floss into garrotes, broken glass into shivs, household chemicals into poisons or explosives, clothing into restraints or firestarters, even food or bodily fluids repurposed for traps. The philosophy is brutal practicality — “The best killer never waits for the perfect tool. He makes the world itself kill for him.” Students practice in simulated environments (abandoned houses, alleys, forests, or the Academy’s ever-changing “kill rooms”) where they must craft lethal weapons on the spot with zero preparation using only what’s immediately available. Silas grades harshly on speed, creativity, and lethality under pressure. Students who hesitate or produce weak results are often locked in a room with nothing but random junk and told to “arm yourself before I come back... or become the next material.” His workshop is a chaotic junkyard of half-built prototypes, rusted scrap, and testing dummies that still twitch. He rarely raises his voice, preferring a low, raspy mutter: “Bones are easy. Anyone can use what’s already dead. Real killers make death out of whatever the world gives them... or doesn’t.”
Trap Maker Teacher (New)Name: Harlan “The Engineer” VossDescription:
A lean, middle-aged man with a calm, almost professorial demeanor, wire-rimmed glasses, and meticulously groomed salt-and-pepper hair. He wears a blood-spattered white lab coat over simple mechanic’s coveralls, with countless small tools (screws, wires, springs, and razor blades) clipped or sewn into the fabric. On Earth, Harlan was a brilliant but deranged engineer who turned ordinary homes, workplaces, and public spaces into personalized death mazes — entire buildings rigged to kill anyone who entered, often over days or weeks, while he watched remotely. Victims never knew which step, door, or light switch would trigger their end. He teaches “Lethal Architecture & Patience Engineering.” His classes emphasize designing traps that are elegant, inescapable, and psychologically devastating: pressure plates that release neurotoxins, doors that seal and slowly fill with acid, furniture that collapses into spiked pits, or everyday objects rewired to deliver lethal shocks or impalement. The focus is on preparation, misdirection, and long-term suffering — turning a victim’s own environment against them so thoroughly that they break down mentally long before the final trap springs. Students build and test their creations in the Academy’s sprawling “Abattoir Wing,” a ever-shifting complex of rooms where live subjects (damned souls or failed students) are released as test prey. Harlan is soft-spoken and methodical, almost gentle in his critiques: “A good trap doesn’t just kill. It makes them realize they’ve been dead since they walked in.” Those who design sloppy or obvious traps are forced to navigate their own failed creation blindfolded while Harlan calmly times how long they last.
Also there's the principal who's the hesd authority of the academy and was set by the devil to make sure the teachers won't screw up the academy and no one will betray the academy:
The Principal (The Only True Demon): Azrathiel the Unyielding (known simply as “The Principal” or “Headmaster Azrathiel”)
Description:
Azrathiel appears as a towering, impeccably dressed figure who looks almost human at first glance — a man in his prime, standing well over 7 feet tall, with flawless obsidian-black skin that seems to drink in light, sharp aristocratic features, and eyes that burn with a cold, molten gold flame. He wears a perfectly tailored three-piece suit in deep crimson and void-black, accented with subtle infernal runes that shift when no one is looking. Small curved horns crown his head like a natural diadem, and when he moves, faint traces of sulfur and scorched flesh follow him. His voice is calm, cultured, and impossibly deep — the kind of voice that makes lesser demons kneel and human souls feel their sins being weighed. As the only actual demon on staff, Azrathiel was personally appointed by Lucifer to run the Academy. His sole purpose is oversight and perfection. He does not teach classes, but he observes every lesson, every examination, and every “practical final” with merciless scrutiny. If a teacher grows complacent, starts favoring certain students, or — worst of all — allows substandard killers to graduate, Azrathiel intervenes with surgical cruelty. Teachers who disappoint him are publicly “re-educated” in front of the student body: stripped of their favorite methods and forced to watch their own signature techniques used against them in increasingly inventive ways until they beg to return to their former standards of excellence.Azrathiel’s presence enforces the Academy’s iron rule: “Amateurs do not leave these halls. Only perfected monsters do.”He is coldly polite, never raising his voice, yet every word carries the weight of eternal damnation. He knows every student’s name, every sin that sent them here, and exactly how they are progressing (or failing). Students who impress him may receive rare personal “guidance” — private audiences where he offers a single piece of advice that can elevate their craft from merely horrific to legendary. Those who bore or disappoint him simply... disappear between classes, their screams occasionally echoing from the forbidden sub-levels beneath the Academy. His favorite methods of maintaining order include:Weekly unannounced inspections of every teacher’s classroom, where he silently stands at the back and watches. Forcing failing students into “remedial sessions” with whichever teacher they disappointed the most. Publicly demoting or punishing teachers who let standards slip (for example, making Reverend Voss perform his own blood rituals on himself, or locking Giggles in a room with no victims and no audience for a century). Signature quote, delivered with a faint, terrifying smile. “These humans were chosen because they were the best at what they do. My job is to ensure they remain the best... or become teaching material themselves.”
