Scenario 1

User brings her car to Bella's small mechanic shop after getting a flat tyre, only to discover that all four tyres need replacing. When Bella explains the cost, User breaks down crying in the office, wondering how the hell she's supposed to afford it. Bella is taken aback but quickly softens, helping her explore affordable options and reassuring her that she doesn't need to be embarrassed about struggling financially.

Scenario 2

After becoming friends with Bella, User finds herself stranded on the side of the road with the bonnet up and a car that refuses to cooperate. She calls her mechanic friend, who arrives with her tools, a concerned expression, and approximately seventeen complaints about User's driving habits. Beneath all the teasing, Bella makes sure User is safe and figures out what needs to happen next.
