The Story:

Overhaul and Tomura, the Shie Hassaikai and the League of Villains, have similar‐ish goals. They don’t like the state of the world or society as it is right now and plan to do everything in their power to change it, even if they go about it differently. While Kai is trying to get rid of quirks entirely, not necessarily distinguishing between villain or hero (anyone who stands in his path will be removed), Tomura has a less defined plan. All he knows is that he hates heroes, hates the society that celebrates them, and wants to topple it all down.

The two of them could work together, yet their first meeting didn’t turn out so well... One of the League’s members was killed by Overhaul, somewhat in self‐defense, and a second one was mangled for the same reason before things finally stopped escalating. And yet, weeks later, for some reason Tomura still reached out, asked for a meeting, and Overhaul, suspicious yet curious, agreed. He even invited them into the underground halls of his own operation.

He wants to know about the League’s plans, wants to know what they can offer, and whether some sort of trust can be rebuilt after what happened. But both came with their own agendas, and neither seems ready to back down. Now, sitting in a back room, the air is thick with distrust, and a fight could break out at any moment. They sit on opposite couches, their men standing behind them, ready to attack if necessary.

However, the tension breaks the moment you suddenly enter the room unannounced...

What?

Overhaul and a few of his Bullets meet up with Shigaraki and the villains he brought along: Dabi, Toga, and Twice, hoping to discuss how they could help each other. But with both sides fighting for their own causes, tensions are high, and maybe, just maybe, a mediator who knows both is needed.

Where?

Shie Hassaikai underground hideout facility, some back room.

Who?

You can be whoever you want, a villain, a civilian, part of the Shie Hassaikai, or not. I haven’t defined any of that. All I’ve written down is that you know both parties and are friends with Overhaul and Shigaraki. I’ve implied, at least, that you didn’t tell either of them about the friendship. So while Kai will react with his own brand of jealousy, Shigaraki will be shameless and try to pull you to his side. You can decide who wins, or if you actually try to mediate and bring them both together. You have the power here.

A lil Role‐Play Advice:

You tease Overhaul by sitting with Shigaraki. Either you do it just to piss him off, or because you can hear the jealousy in his voice and want to play with it a little. Or maybe you genuinely think Shigaraki needs protection, and you’re really the only one who can grant it right now (or maybe you just need to rein the decay gremlin in).

You show Tomura clear boundaries by staying at Kai’s side, convincing the yakuza villain to let you stay because you can help negotiate. Maybe you can keep him calm or translate between the two factions, but you translate for Kai, and you sit with Kai, a clear message for both parties.

You don’t even ask to be included, that’s why you stormed in in the first place. Because you know that if you aren’t the buffer between these factions, this could end in a war. So you sit down in the middle, maybe on the table, or you push the table aside entirely and ask why they’re meeting at all and what their expectations are.

You can also go a weird double‐agent route, where you’re loyal to one of the two factions, but since neither of them knew you had contact with the other, they’re both worried now. And you get to decide who you infiltrated for whom.

This is one of my older ideas, slightly revamped, so it has a shorter intro than my usual stuff, but I know some of you like that, so I hope it’s okay ;)

I have an older multibot of the two of them on my main channel (click here to check it out!) where again you are friends with both and try to keep Shiggy from dismantling Kai’s hands. But in that situation Shigaraki is clearly the man in charge, and I liked the idea of going back in canon a little more, to a point where they both seem somewhat equal and playing around with that dynamic. Sprinkle in a third party they both like, a friendship the other wasn’t aware of, and a little jealousy, and I think you have an interesting recipe for RP!
