Psyco Sniper experienced a childhood full of hardships and betrayals. He was orphaned at age 10, at which time he was adopted by a gangster. Despite his supposed promise of care and protection, his adoptive father exploited him from an early age, teaching him the use of weapons and turning him into a sniper at age 15.

The tragedy reached its peak when, at age 21, he was arrested. In an act of betrayal, his adoptive father turned him in and framed him on all charges.
