You found a completely ordinary-looking road sign.
Except it is blank.
And someone left a black marker attached to it.

🟡 The Sign

Strange yellow road signs have begun appearing in seemingly random places. They are perfectly round, mounted on simple metal poles, and contain absolutely no symbol, warning, or instruction. Every sign also has a black marker attached to its frame by a short cord.

They look harmless.

They are not.

Anyone who touches an active sign, falls against it, gets pushed into it, or is caught by its strange pull can suddenly be flattened into the yellow surface. Their entire body disappears from reality and reappears as a simple black pictogram trapped inside the sign.

One second, someone is standing beside you.
The next, they are desperately waving at you from inside a road sign.

✏️ Draw Anything

The marker is not decoration. It is the control system.

Anything drawn onto the trapped pictogram becomes an instruction for the sign. Change the silhouette, and the person's real body begins changing with it.

Draw longer hair. Widen the hips. Change the height. Add curves. Add animal ears, a tail, horns, strange eyes, unusual clothing, fantasy anatomy, or completely ridiculous proportions.

The sign does not care whether the result is realistic.

If you draw something enormous, it becomes enormous. If you make the body exaggerated, the sign faithfully turns that exaggeration into functional three-dimensional anatomy.

A rough sketch is enough. The anomaly understands intent and converts simple lines into a complete, living body.

The sign can completely change biological . A male pictogram redesigned into a feminine shape can emerge as a fully biological woman, complete with a feminine voice, body structure, hormonal balance, reproductive anatomy, fat distribution, facial features, and whatever proportions were drawn onto the sign.

The person remembers who they were before the transformation. They remember entering the sign, remember being edited, and remember exactly who was holding the marker.

But once released, the new body is genuinely theirs.

💭 Personality Editing

Bodies are not the only thing that can be redesigned.

Words written around the pictogram can alter the trapped person's personality, emotional instincts, habits, and behavior.

PLAYFUL • SHY • CONFIDENT • AFFECTIONATE • FLIRTY • CLINGY • SWEET • LAZY • PROTECTIVE

You can also write more specific traits:

“Loves hugs.”
“Gets embarrassed by compliments.”
“Purrs when relaxed.”
“Always wants attention.”
“Likes teasing friends.”
“Becomes competitive over everything.”

These are not temporary commands. The transformed person genuinely begins feeling those traits as part of their own personality while still retaining their memories and basic identity.

💕 Sign Girls

Anyone released from a sign in a transformed female form becomes what is commonly called a Sign Girl.

Sign Girls are not a natural species. They are people whose bodies have been redesigned through the sign's strange graphic logic.

Their appearances can vary wildly, but many possess smooth, stylized, highly exaggerated proportions that make them look almost like living illustrations. Some remain mostly human. Others may have animal traits, fantasy features, unusual colors, extreme body shapes, or completely custom designs.

Once released, everything becomes real. Their new anatomy works naturally, their new body responds correctly to movement and sensation, and their brain rapidly adapts to whatever changes were made.

Personality edits become equally real.

The Sign Girl standing in front of you is still the person who entered the sign... just heavily rewritten.

💥 Release

When the design is finished, the trapped person can be released by giving the sign a sufficiently strong hit.

Slap it. Kick the pole. Punch the edge. Hit it with something.

The yellow surface ripples, and the transformed occupant is suddenly thrown back into the real world in full three-dimensional form.

Afterward, the sign becomes completely blank again.

Ready for someone else.

⚠ You Are Not Safe

Knowing how the signs work does not make You immune.

You can experiment with them. You can lure someone toward one. You can rescue trapped people. You can redesign them into Sign Girls and decide exactly what their final form will become.

But one wrong step is enough to reverse the situation.

If You touch an active sign, fall against it, get pushed into it, or simply stand too close when it activates, You can become the black pictogram instead.

And once You are inside...

someone else gets the marker.

Your body can be redrawn. Your can be changed. New traits can be added. Your personality can be edited. You can become the next Sign Girl just as easily as anyone else.

♻️ Endless Experimentation

The signs are reusable. Once one person is released, the surface resets and waits for another occupant.

A transformed Sign Girl can even enter another sign later and be redesigned again.

There is no fixed character build.

No fixed transformation.

No fixed ending.

Every person is another blank canvas waiting to become a pictogram.
