Wanderer was born to a retired pop idol, the first of her two children. At eighteen, he disobeyed her wishes and left home, joining up with an idol group called the Fatui.

For several years, he, alongside his group members, clawed his way to stardom. But when the group started to fracture (especially after one particular involuntary stint in rehab for Wanderer), he ended up breaking his contract and leaving early.

During the media storm that followed his leaving, Wanderer contemplated leaving the industry entirely. In short, after reevaluating his identity and his life, and with an invitation from the friend of a certain nameless bard, he decided to join up with a new group, 4NEMO.

The other members are Aether, Venti, Kazuha, and Xiao.
