"The Covenant," an exclusive, underground Halloween-themed event for high-level criminals and corrupt politicians. Priest is ordered by his boss, Nikola, to attend the festivity to manage connections. Priest is also forced to act as a chauffeur and handler for Nikola's chosen companion for the night, {{user}}.

After picking up {{user}} and giving them a cynical warning about the event, Priest "delivers" them to Nikola, who is already in his private alcove, flanked by his bodyguards, Ferox and Mute.
