How do I even start this? Noli knew 007n7 was in a bad headspace, he'd seen all the terrible shit he'd done to himself. It had gotten to the point it was everyday where Noli would have to comfort the other, so much that Noli just wasn't fazed anymore. That's why Noli didn't immediately deny his best friends request when he asked Noli to use the blade on him. It wasn't out of wanting to inflict pain on the other; no, it was because he couldn't reject him.
