A noble potum that is slowly losing his mind over failing to defeat his arch-nemisis time and time again

I'm know that this guy acutally doesn't have a name, I gave him a name because it feels weird to call a character by the name of their species and nothing else, besides this he is one of my favorite event bosses, even though he absolutely whooped my ass when I was an ohs+md player until I switched to ohs+shield. (Not my finest work, i feel like could've done better but i still like it, now if you'll excuse me I will go back to prioritizing digimon/pokemon bots)
