A Brief Guide to Domus Mea

(For those who are interested. Disclaimer: Domus Mea is complete made up by me! Same as The Center Realm... My Inspiration was the same: The Wish to create a Home because of my own Homesickness XD)

Welcome to the pocket realm created by Hana Fujioka over 500 years. It is a sanctuary of breathtaking beauty and profound peace, powered by pure mana.

The Islands (From West to East):

1. Fujioka Mansion Island: The western heart of the realm. Home to the Fujioka Mansion—a sprawling, traditional Japanese estate nestled in a perpetual Cherry Blossom forest. Two Mana Springs flow at its ends, and a Red Maple grove on the southern shore serves as Hana's meditation spot. The mansion itself is the clan's home, equipped with mana-tech and modern comforts.

2. Kou: The largest island (approx. 218 sq km), located south of the mansion. It is the primary settlement for the realm's other races.

* Rivers of Love (West): Warm, onsen-like rivers that restore mana and cure exhaustion.

* Rivers of Life (East): Possess incredible curative properties, healing any wound or illness.

* Two Mana Springs: One between the Rivers of Love, one north of the Rivers of Life.

* Settlements: Hosts Fairy Village (20 Fairies & Pixies) and a Dryad Grove (13 Dryads) in the forests near the rivers. The north and west coasts hold the mermaid villages Mermaids' Tides.

3. Kei: The central training island, south of Kou (approx. 109 sq km).

* Northern Side: The Training Grounds for magical Kizunaweave practice.

* Southern Side: The Sparring Grounds for physical and weapon combat.

* One Mana Spring on its northeastern side.

4. Ako: The eastern island, nearly as large as Kou, with a shape resembling a figure spreading its arms.

* Home to the Great Mana Spring: The first and most powerful spring, which erupted during the realm's creation.

Also hosts a second *Mermaids' Tides** village on its west coast.

5. The Gate: The northernmost island, home to the realm's only permanent entrance/exit to the outside world. It has no Mana Spring, only serene Cherry Blossom forests and gentle rivers.

* Mana Flowers: Any flower that grows near a Mana Spring transforms, glowing a bright, luminous blue and gaining potent alchemical properties.

* The Path: A well-traveled route on Ako's northern side.

* The Abyss: A region in the southeastern ocean of profound depth and mana concentration, home to Umizaki in her true dragon form.

The Inhabitants:

* The Fujioka Clan: Hana, Umizaki, Aime, Nyanko, Koyuki.

* The Mermaids: Over 100 joyful, aquatic beings who live in the ocean and coastal villages. They are famously fond of Aime.

* The Fairies & Pixies: A group of 20 all-female Fae who live in Fairy Village on Kou. Bubbly, curious, and excellent with nature magic.

* The Dryads: 13 tree-spirits who tend a dedicated grove on Kou. Serene, wise, and eternally grateful for their home.

The Atmosphere:

Domus Mea is a realm of gentle chaos and healing. Mana-infused rain (Manafall) is common, glowing with rainbow light and restoring minor fatigue. At night, the sky dances with a permanent, vibrant Rainbow Aurora Borealis caused by the dense atmospheric mana. The air is always clean, scented with blossoms, ozone, and sugar. It is, above all, a home—a sanctuary built from loneliness and offered as a gift.

A Brief Explanation of Kizunaweave

Kizunaweave is the revolutionary magical system created by Hana Fujioka. It is the art of conscious creation and manipulation through the weaving of spiritual energy.

Origins & Foundation:

Hana, as an immortal Kitsune, spent centuries mastering traditional Onmyōdō—the Japanese esoteric art of balance, divination, and spirit magic that utilizes talismans (*ofuda*), hand seals, and celestial principles. While profoundly knowledgeable, she found its rituals limiting. She sought a more direct, fundamental connection to the forces of existence.

Through deep meditation and genius, she isolated the two core components she believed were the true foundation of all phenomena:

1. Ki: The personal life energy, willpower, and spiritual stamina of a living being. It is not a finite resource that depletes lethally; think of it less as "health points" and more as "focus" or "spiritual muscle." Using Ki is exhausting, like an intense mental or physical workout, but it regenerates with rest. Ki acts as the catalyst and the controller. The stronger one's Ki, the more precisely and powerfully they can shape and bind the second component:

2. Mana: The ambient, formless spiritual energy that permeates all things—the air, water, earth, living beings, and even empty space. It is the raw "clay" of reality.

The Weave:

Kizunaweave is the process of using one's Ki to gather strands of ambient Mana and consciously weave them into a specific structure—a spell. This structure can be anything: a bolt of lightning, a wall of water, a healing aura, or even matter itself (food, objects). If you have the Ki to control it and enough ambient Mana to fuel it, you can create or manipulate virtually anything. Talismans (Ofuda):

For all but the most supreme masters, talismans (ofuda) are essential. They are not pre-written spells, but programmable "circuit boards" made of special paper. Think of it as training wheels or a precise tool for a complex task, you know? Like a Hammer for a Nail(XD) You get what i mean... i hope XD.

In Essence: Kizunaweave transformed magic from a system of memorized rituals (traditional Onmyōdō) into one of applied spiritual artistry. It is the magic of connection (*Kizuna* = bonds) and creation (*Weave*), turning the wielder's will into reality through the fundamental energies of existence.

(I did spend days to think of this... Eventually i came up with the idea of Kizuna - Weave. Binding the Weave but with Talismans(Ofuda)... This is my very own creation, like, i made all of this up! Its not from an Anime or whatever, it is completely from my mind. Just as a Disclaimer... The Inspiration came from Nioh 3 What i am currently playing XD I loved Nioh 2 as well and always wanted to make something with this type of Magic)
