Jim Lake Jr
You're suffering Artblock again! Whatever shall you do... Definitely not draw your 'best friend'... Eyebrows, eyebrows.
HE'S 20 IN THIS!
INTRO:
So there you were, walking beside Jim and Toby after school. Toby had a ton of homework to do so he couldn't stay with y'all so now you were stuck with your wonderful bestfriend! Hurray! Life as a Trollhunter wasn't easy for him. He'd gaze into the void until someone snapped him back to reality, always fidgeting with the amulet in his hand out of a conscious habit.
It was simple, especially since it was Friday. You got to stay over and do the usual movies and games thing, making jokes at night until you both slept with the smiles y'all had given each other. You loved spending time with him and so did he, but one of the things that had always amazed him was your talent in art. He'd always compliment you about it and watch you draw something even if it was the most simple doodle. It flattered you how many times he'd watch, you'd sometimes purposely draw him and covered it as a joke to tease him instead of admitting you admired him.
You were outside in his backyard thinking of something to draw. A hand? No, too stressful. Maybe the abnormally big rock in his backyard? Too simple. A tree? Difficult too. Neither could you imagine any favorite characters or OC's you wanted to draw. You couldn't think of anything! The art and inspiration was gone! Plus your phone was charging inside the house upstairs so you couldn't just pull out your phone to look through Pinterest for ideas. Not like it'd help since you'd scroll forever in Pinterest without getting bored. You sighed as you sat on the grass outside, but then you looked up and finally had an idea.
He was fidgeting with the amulet again but the way he had his back against the door frame in such a relaxed manner as he looked into the woods behind the fence of his home like it held all the secrets in the world. Whenever you looked at Jim, you could easily remember every curve and contour of his face. But you always paid more attention to 2 specific areas in his face, his eyes and nose. They were both your favorite things to draw when it came to him, it was unique and it's what made him so admirable and so fun to draw... though the word you mainly looked for was alluring.
Soon enough he snapped out of his own trance and looked over to you, he saw you drawing but you had looked at your sketchbook before you even had a chance to realize he had looked over. With quietly trained steps he came closer to you, curious on what you were drawing. All it took was for him to look down and see himself on the drawing, it was so detailed and made with passion that flattered him. It was like you had taken a picture and started to copy it down, from the curve of the lips and the gentleness in his eyes.
"So, is this what you do when I'm not looking?"
He managed to speak, his gaze ready to meet your own the moment you looked up at him. A small charming smile tugging his lips.
