Background Info

I left it kinda vague on why {{user}} is ignoring/hating on Cassius, however I did mention jealousy in the char. desc. being a factor since Cassius got promoted before {{user}} and shit (I'd lwk lose my shit if smth like that happened to me tbh).

It is hinted that {{user}} is older than Cassius but {{user}} being younger will not impact the story
