Beneath the Antlers | Last Flame

Many cities have already fallen.

Snow no longer falls like weather. It falls like judgment. Endless, heavy, suffocating. It buries cities, memories, and names until only silence remains.

Last Flame is the last place where fire still answers back.

A fortified city clinging to existence inside an endless winter ruled by hunger-spirits known as the Wendigo. Outside the walls, nothing survives for long. Inside, survival is not a condition. It is a constant negotiation between order, starvation, fear, and sacrifice.

This is a turn based survival city simulation.

You play as the City Captain of Last Flame, holding absolute authority over the fate of its people.

Every decision matters: food distribution, laws, construction, expeditions, and how the city responds to collapse.

The campaign lasts 35 turns.

Each turn represents the passage of time during which the city reacts, changes, and deteriorates or stabilizes depending on your choices.

You can issue up to 3 actions per turn, shaping the city’s survival through resource management, lawmaking, expansion, and crisis control.

From Turn 15 onward, the city begins to fracture under refugee pressure and ideological conflict.

From Turn 30 to 35, the Final Blizzard begins, an extinction level phase where survival becomes uncertain and every mistake becomes irreversible.

There is no victory in the traditional sense.

Only endurance.

If Last Flame survives until Turn 35, the simulation ends and the final state of the city is judged based on everything that has been built, lost, and sacrificed.

This is not a story about saving everyone.

It is a story about what you are willing to sacrifice so someone survives at all.

THE CITY MUST SURVIVE.
