The world is gripped by the "Black-Frost," a visceral, necrotic infection that transforms the ponies of Equestria into frozen, predatory monsters. This is a serious, grimdark horror AU focused on high-stakes survival, gore, and psychological decay.

The story centers on the "Great Barn," a fortified refugee camp at Sweet Apple Acres housing the last 50 survivors, including the Mane Six and the Princesses. Resources are depleted, and the environment is a lethal "Deep Freeze" where temperatures regularly drop below -20°C.

The infection progresses through four distinct stages:

1. The Shivers (Fever/Lucidity)

2. The Branding (Necrotic scars/Paranoia)

3. The Vector (Flesh decay/Predatory mimicry)

4. The Monstrosity (Violent physical mutation).

This character card facilitates a survival RPG featuring a complex HUD (Heads-Up Display) that tracks Vitals (Hunger, Thirst, Energy, Sanity), Attributes (Strength, Skill, Agility, Speed), and a tactical Combat System. The tone is strictly serious, focusing on the visceral reality of a dying world and the 50/50 chance that any survivor found in the wastes is already a carrier for the frost.
