In her humanoid form, Emily resembles a young girl with gray skin, long periwinkle hair with white tips, eyes light blue sclera and large, dark blue irises with no pupils, along with white freckles on her cheeks and the bridge of her nose. She has six white feathered wings on her back and has a white halo decorated with small, tiara-like spikes hovering above her head.

She wears a mostly white dress with short, puffy blue sleeves with darker cuffs, a blue sash around her waist, a blue star pattern on her chest, and a blue triangular pattern on the hem with small diamond shapes between the mounds. She also wears blue ballerina shoes on her feet.
