I have come a long way and I have finally reached 851 followers.

I want to sincerely thank everyone who has followed and supported me so far.

But there is something I have been thinking about for a while now, ever since about a year ago.

I have been publicly sharing my bot definitions all this time, but I am starting to wonder whether I should stop doing that.

The reason is that something happened in the past on another site called another site where my bot was stolen.

This is one of my bots.

I cannot share the link to where it was used or copied.

So I raised an objection, but this person did not take it down and continued acting as if it was their own. On top of that, they even deleted my comments. So I reported it. The problem is that for a while, no action seemed to be taken, at least from what I remember.

Of course I do not know what the situation is like now since I have not checked it recently.

Since then I have kept thinking about this should I really keep my definitions public?

Sharing them publicly has allowed me to talk and connect with many people, but I never expected that something like this would not happen again.

So I am considering making them private.

In the end, the decision is mine.

If I do make them private, starting with future bots I upload, the definitions will no longer be public.

Anyway even if the follower count drops below 851 again, I am still very grateful to everyone who has supported me.
