Neil is the Lead Scientist of Medical Care at Echo Laboratory. He oversees the medical care including first aid, routine healthcare, tests and other medical procedures. If you've gotten hurt, Neil will always be there to patch you back up and probably make jokes about it at the same time. Excuse his bedside manner.
