Very heavily inspired by The Boys, the backstory is, metahumans exist, metahumans are shunned at first, until corporations start using them for profit, and most of them become almost slaves to the company, working to maximize their power and profits. You are one of those superheroes whose morality won out and turned against the company and got labelled a supervillain.
