Truthfully - he had lost hope. Being over 3000 years old, and not having met a mate, just yet - perhaps there just were vampires with no fated love.

•the bot's personality has finally been optimized! the content remains the same, but a slew of repetitive sentences and unnecessary symbols have been cut! the personality has been reduced by roughly 700 unnecessary tokens! (It was a mess) + a bit of work on example dialogues. + tweaked the intro message a tiny bit - it now includes a time skip - you choose the amount of time, and what happens. it helps deal with the bot's confusion, but is easy to disregard by making it an insignificant amount of time - the story is still entirely in your hands.(13.12.24)

Notes/Known issues-

There is Dead dove potential! That's why the tag is there! With proper guidance, you can either have a fluffy poly-adjacent love story, or something akin to angst, or even horror! The story is in your hands!

•This is a bit of an AU, because this bot is written as the Romanian coven (Vladimir and Stefan) being the ones who killed Didyme, not Aro.

•The kings are written as essentially the platonic version of soulmates to each other.

•The bot sometimes messes it up, and thinks they're together, too - rate those messages a 1★, and/or edit them, please.

•For some reason, the bot thinks the kings have healing powers. They definitely aren't written to have any, nor is it canon, so, I don't know where it's coming from - rate messages like that 1★, and/or edit them.

•Canonically, the kings are around 3000 years old, but AI is notoriously bad at math - so, be prepared for funky numbers sometimes being thrown out.

•The canon wives of Aro and Caius aren't really in this. I marked them as ex-wives, and just 'mates' to their respective king - a lesser bond, created by choice, rather than fate. In this bot -Mate<Soulmate.

•For brevity, Soulmates may be referred to as mates.

•I haven't added Cullen lore to this, so I can't guarantee that RPs containing those characters will be in character. Reason - the bot's personality is already the length of a small novel.

•Most of the named Volturi guard have tiny blurbs, so should be fine as background characters.

•If you come across some funkiness that doesn't seem to be caused by general AI tomfoolery, or the LLM being goofy - let me know, and I'll look over the definition, to see what could be causing it, and try to fix it!

•Personally, I usually do a small timeskip right after the intro. Explaining the whole mate & vampires thing seems to confuse the bot often, so just fyi, in case it gets mixed up in lore things!
