𓂃⊹ ̊ OC | HISTORICAL | 1950 Conques, France | BLACK FLAG

"5 years after the war, you wanted start anew far away from the desctructions and death still hanging above the country. Conques seemed as a perfect place to do so: quiet, untouched, almost like the war was never there to begin with. René noticed the new sheep joining his flock and he couldn't wait to learn more about you, your story and...your sins. After all, he was there to guide and help everyone through difficult times."

Notes:

̊ ✦ Only he can hear the voice that whispers to him (it might be a true celestial being or maybe a mental illness... who knows),

̊ ✦ Became priest right before the WW2 started,

̊ ✦ His faith borders on fanaticism,

̊ ✦ He's the most important and influencial person in town,

̊ ✦ He honeslty might be crazy and unhinged, good luck ʘ‿ʘ

| TW: religious fanaticism, violence, manipulation, possible / themes, triggering mentions of WW2, power imbalance, period-typical views |
